I am a personal trainer new to the area. I am going to be starting a boot camp in the next couple of weeks. It will be a fun and challenging way for women to workout while being able to bring and involve their toddlers and babies. I will be leading one hour boot camps and classes several days a week. I am waiting to see how many ladies would like to be involved before we get started in a couple weeks. Please let me know if you would like to be a part of our ladies boot camps.
